NO REFUNDS
Charges are assessed immediately following completion of the ride to your authorized payment method.
All Charges are non-refundable. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage of the SK Ambulance Platform, any disruption to the SK Ambulance Services Platform or Services, or any other reason whatsoever.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
- a) If you cancel after 5 minutes after the ambulance is allotted or
- b) If a driver cancels after waiting at your location for more than 30 minutes
- c) Refund of any valid cancellation amount will take 10 working days and will attract 5% of payment gateway charges.
All the payments for Sk Ambulance Services need to be made in advance into the bank account through either a NEFT or via payment link or the online payment gateway on the SK AMBULANCE website.
We will consider bookings confirmed only after payments have been made into the bank account via Google Pay / Phone Pay / PayTM, NEFT, etc and we receive a confirmation of the same. In case of a technical or bank related delay on this, we will do a full refund of the payment made.
By making a full/limited payment, you are agreeing to the instructions that apply for each booking, maintain the sanctity and decorum during the trip to and from the location provided.
