- NOC from local police where death has occurred (Police STAMP is Mandatory)
- Post-mortem Report.
- Original Passport of the deceased person or photocopy of canceled passport.
- PNR flight number of the co-passenger.
- 1 passport size photo.
- Get the air waybill / Booking of cargo.
